WHO WE ARE

OPEN is the College/Young Adults Ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. We are a community of believers in Jesus, ages 18 to 30, that is open to God's love, God's Spirit, God's truth, and God's will.

MISSION STATEMENT

OPEN is a gospel-shaped community of young adults that is actively committed to the mission of Jesus of making followers of Jesus, teaching the way of Jesus, and practicing the love of Jesus in the world.

CORE VALUES

1. Christ must have the preeminence in everything we say and do.

2. Christlike character must be the mark and measure of spiritual growth.

3. Christ-centered community must be a Spirit-led gathering where Jesus followers can and should practice the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.

4. Christ’s commission of making disciples and training the church must shape our vision and activities for both in reach and outreach.
